What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

This piece of advice came from an inner voice in a psychotic state, but it’s so true in it’s words. We need complete honesty inside ourselves to be truly living our best life possible. It’s also an example of voice-hearing being not always a bad experience at the core, even if it’s very difficult times inside and truth sometimes is hard to hear.

So that’s one of the useful advice I’ve received in my lifetime, even if it came from within my own mind. Sometimes that’s the lessons we learn the most from.
