What things give you energy?
As I mention on other blog last year I’m feeling energy from green tea and matcha. It’s a balanced energy partly from the theanine in tea contribute to calm feeling and gentle focus.
I also am actually given energy from herbal teas like the ginseng based tea and my favourite blend of ginger and strawberry tea because it’s rich taste and very warm from the ginger part.
Otherwise of course I feel the quite stronger stimulating effects of energy drinks combined with mild alcohol-containing beverages. It motivates me like a stimulant and the alcohol makes me feel slight euphoria and much less inhibitions.


So it’s different beverages that contribute to my energy levels most. And I truly love matcha type tea as well as Earl Grey, oolong and white tea to name different kinds of tea also.
