I’m having a can of Monster-E in the evening
along with the painkillers
and low lights; total Darkness in fact,
so what can I say, I’m really happy
being warm and safe
it’s so prescious having someone to care for
and something to cherish completely
without fear
living in the now, writing from the inner core
with the visible pulse of my heart,
coming through in writing
Thank the spirits of Nature,
compassion,
humanity
and we are all here for a reason
unique to our true mission
Better times will come, so I believe
in our power
when we work together
to be united as one
